At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant does not press this application on merits. He states that the trial has progressed substantially and 31 witnesses are already examined. Only investigating officer is to be examined. He pointed out an order dated 18/06/2019 passed by this court in Criminal Bail Application No. 1797 of 2020. Vide that order, time was extended by four months to conclude the trial. Even thereafter substantial period has lapsed. As submitted by the learned counsel for the Gokhale

Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) The learned trial Judge shall complete the trial on or before 30/06/2021.
