It is further submitted that petitioner has been promoted as Head Mistress of the School.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been engaged today to appear before the Court. Learned Counsel appearing for petitioner has received Vakalatnama signed by the petitioner but the same would be tendered after obtaining NOC from the Counsel who is already appearing. Learned Counsel undertakes to file Vakalatnama. 4.

Learned Counsel for petitioner on instructions submits that in view of the statement made by Counsel appearing for respondent no.1management, the petition itself could be disposed of. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
