The learned counsel for the appellant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the appeal. It is submitted that the dispute has been amicably settled for Rs.6,80,000/- and the entire amount has been paid by the appellant to the Respondent Nos.1 to 7 (Original Claimants).

In such circumstances, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs.

The appellant shall be entitled to the refund of Court Fees as per Rules.
