After this petition was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) by moving appropriate application to bring further documents on record and seeks review of the impugned orders passed by DRAT. We permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty, as prayed. In the event of the petitioner moving such application before the DRAT within two months from today, let the same be considered on its own merits. Such application be decided by DRAT 1/2
