Today he has presented a true copy of Letter dated 8.3.2018 on the letter Pad of the petitioner. The M. E. Society, Dapoli requesting him to withdraw the Writ Petition st. No.1265/18. Earlier, he had filed another Letter which was mentioning the direction to him to withdraw the same proceedings but with direction to file a fresh Writ Petition. Now, he has produced today another letter containing direction only to withdraw the Writ Petition st. no.1265/18 with no further direction. The withdrawal is sought in view of order passed by joint charity commissioner, Kolhapur on 30.01.2018. Advocate Shri. R.T. Padwal stated that the withdrawal of Writ Petition is unconditional. In view of this I pass the following order :- "1) Writ Petition is allowed to withdraw unconditionally & is disposed of.
