2) The consent terms signed by the appellant and the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 along with their respective Advocates are taken on record. Consent terms are marked A-I for identification. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 states that the said respondents are personally present in Court and that they accept the correctness of the contents of the consent terms. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant states that consent terms have been signed by the authorized signatory of the appellant.

Hence, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms marked as A-1. The

FA-1342-08 appellant will be entitled to refund of court fees as per the rules. The amount lying deposited in this Court together with interest accrued, if any, shall be transfered to the concerned Tribunal.

3) In view of the above settlement, cross objection shall stand disposed of.
