Perused the order dated 7th September, 2010 passed below Exhibit 1 in Regular Civil Suit No.30 of 1994 vide which the proceedings in Regular Civil Suit No.30 of 1994 are stayed. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that in spite of order dated 7th September, 2010, the learned Trial Judge is insisting to proceed with the subject suit. In view of the order dated 7th September, 2010 pending the Second Appeal No.520 of 1994, the trial Court shall not proceed with the Regular Civil Suit No.30 of 1994. Shivgan 1/2
