This application is for substitute service on respondent sole proprietor of M/s.Rajlaxmi Enterprises Mr.Babulal Parasmalji Jain.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the present Civil Revision Application, the proprietor expired on 13.2.2016. Hence, nothing survives in the present Civil Application. He seeks permission to withdraw the present Civil Application with liberty to file appropriate proceeding for bringing legal heirs on record. Same is allowed.

Civil Application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
