The petitioner has challenged the Order dated 9th January, 2019 whereby the learned Divisional Joint Registrar, Pune had vacated the stay granted by Order dated 4th December, 2018. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that he does not wish to pursue the petition on merits and that the petition can be disposed of with direction to the Divisional Joint Registrar to dispose of the Revision Application No. 288 of 2018 expeditiously. 3.

In the light of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. pps

14 wp 1255-19.doc The Divisional Joint Registrar is directed to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter and all points and contentions are specifically kept open.

With consent it is also ordered that inquiry may be proceeded with, however, no action be taken based on the inquiry report till disposal of the revision application.

The Parties are directed to appear before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Pune on 11th February, 2019 along with copy of this Order.
