Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 612/2018 registered with Chaturshrungi Police Station, Pune for offence punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 and Sections 370, 370 (a) r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Leave to amend. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

2 922.115.19 ba.doc Perusal of F.I.R. and other investigation papers does not prima facie satisfies the requirement under section 370(a) of the Indian Penal Code. Apart from above, the maximum punishment provided is that of 7 years. The investigation in the matter is completed and the charge-sheet is filed and there are no criminal antecedents. In view thereof, following order:

(A) Applicant be released in Crime No. 612/2018 registered with Chaturshrungi Police Station, Pune on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(B) Applicant shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.

(C) If applicant is found in similar type of offence, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail. Application stands disposed of.
