The Petitioner has filed Appeal No. 89/2019 under Section 47 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 before Respondent No.4 and has assailed the rejection letter dated 21 st February, 2018 of the Mira Bhayender Municipal Corporation. Respondent No.4 is directed to dispose of the said appeal within a period of four weeks by a reasoned order after giving hearing to the petitioner and/or their Advocates and/or any other party who is interested to be so heard. All contentions of the parties are kept open. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
