The applicant/appellant is challenging the Judgment and Award dated 06/09/2017 passed by the learned Chairman, M.A.C.T., Satara in M.A.C.P. No. 12 of 2014 and seeking stay till hearing and final disposal of the present Appeal.

Stay in terms of prayer clause (a) subject to applicant/appellant depositing the entire amount of Award within 4 weeks from today failing which the said Award will be executable.
