The grievance of the applicant is that his application dated 12th of September, 2014 raising the claim of juvenility has not been decided by the learned trial Judge and that the learned trial Judge is inclined to proceed with the trial where the applicant is facing charge for the offences punishable u/s 302 r/w 149 of I.P.C.

16)WP187.15 The attention of learned trial Judge is invited to Section 7-A of The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000, and he is directed to act in accordance with law. It, therefore, follows that the inquiry u/s 7-A of the said Act to be completed before the trial commences. Directions are issued to the learned Judge accordingly. The petition stands disposed of.

Authenticated copy of this Order be given to the applicant.

The learned trial Judge shall act on the authenticated copy of this Order.
