Mr.Shah, Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners on instructions states that the Solapur Municipal Corporation did not act upon the impugned notice. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in the event a fresh tender notice is issued by the Municipal Corporation.
