This is an application for condonation of delay of 351 days in filing the appeal.

The application is opposed by learned APP and learned counsel for respondent No.2.

However, for the reasons mentioned in the application and as the applicant has filed an appeal challenging an 1/2

PMB 29.ia.142-24.doc order passed by the trial Court rejecting the application for grant of bail, I am inclined to condone the delay in the interest of justice.

The delay is condoned. The interim application is allowed and accordingly disposed of.
