DATED : 9 DECEMBER 2022 P.C. :- The learned APP for the respondent-State submits that trial has commenced and prosecution has already examined one witness. 2.

In view of commencement of trial, I am not inclined to entertain the present bail application.

The trial Court, however, considering the fact that applicants are in jail for more than one and half years shall endeavour to conclude the trial as early as possible and in any case within six months from the date of copy of this order.

If the trial is not concluded as directed above the applicants are permitted to file bail application before the trial Court. 5.

Application is disposed of.
