It is stated by the petitioner in Civil Writ Petition

suresh 908-WPG-657.2019.doc No.657 of 2019 that during the pendency of this petition, by a communication of 13-2-2019, the No Dues Certificate has been issued by the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited. The communication of 13-2-2019 of that company to the petitioner is shown to us. A copy thereof is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view thereof and the Affidavit-cum-Undertaking of the petitioner that subject to its legal rights and contentions it will abide by the outcome of Civil Writ Petition No.9208 of 2018, we allow the withdrawal of Civil Writ Petition No.657 of 2019. It is disposed of as such. There will be no order as to costs. 3.

List Civil Writ Petition No.9208 of 2018 as per its turn.
