P.C. :- Perused the Application. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2.

The delay in filing the Appeal is of 170 days. The decree under challenge is a money decree. Subject to the Applicant depositing the decretal amount in this Court within period of eight weeks from today. Civil Application for condonation of delay is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). If the amount is not so deposited within the stipulated period, the Application will stand dismissed.

If the amount is deposited, place the Appeal on board on 27 June 2016. Office objections, if any, to be removed before the next date.

Considering the fact that the Applicant is being directed to deposit the decretal amount till the next date, the Respondent will not take any coercive steps against the Applicant.
