1) Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Assistant Police Inspector Mr. Vinayak Desure, Unit-1, Housing-1, EOW, Mumbai, submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime police have submitted chargesheet against other accused persons, however the names of Petitioners have been dropped from the array of accused, as no material against them is found during the course of investigation.
