Learned counsel for the applicant seeks withdrawal of this application. He makes a positive statement that the applicant has filed another application vide Criminal Bail Application No. 318 of 2022. He submits that, instructions from the applicant are to pursue the other bail application.

Considering that two bail applications are filed for the same cause of action, one of them can be allowed to be withdrawn. 3.

Therefore, as per request of learned counsel for the applicant the present bail application No.210 of 2022 is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
