1) This is an application for transit anticipatory bail. 2) The applicant is apprehending arrest in CR No.001/2016, registered with Civil Line Police Station, Kaithal, State of Haryana for the offences punishable under section 295A of IPC. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that a period of one week may be granted to the applicant to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Haryana, wherein the F.I.R. No. 001/2016 is lodged. In view of the facts mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow this application. 3) Hence, the following order :
2 /2 909-ABA-63-2016 ORDER:- (a) In the event of arrest of the applicant by the Maharashtra Police and/or the Police from Civil Line Police Station, Kaithal, the State of Haryana, he shall be released on bail in CR No.001/2016, registered with Civil Line Police Station, Kaithal, State of Haryana, on his furnishing a P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount;
(b) This pre-arrest bail is granted to the applicant for the specific purpose of approaching the concerned Court in the State of Haryana for a limited period of one week and / or till he approaches the Court of competent Jurisdiction in the State of Haryana, whichever is earlier;
(c) All the concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
