On oral application of Mr. Bhutta, the learned advocate for the applicant, leave to amend the petition is granted to delete prayer clause (a). The amendments to be carried out forthwith.

As regards prayer clause (b), considering the order dated 28th September, 2016 passed in Criminal Application No. 1100 of 2016 and the order dated 18th October, 2016 passed by the Division Bench in Criminal Writ Petition No. 3541 of 2016, the only remedy available to the petitioner for the relief sought in the present application is to move the Division Bench. The application is accordingly disposed off.
