All the above Civil Applications filed by the State seek condonation of delay in filing the Review Petitions. The delay ranges from 90 days to 3 years.

Learned Advocate General has placed reliance on the judgment of the Supreme Court in Esha Bhatacharjee v/s. Managing Committee of Raghunathpur Nafar Academy & Ors., (2013) 12 SCC 649. He has invited our attention to paragraph 21 of the judgment wherein principles for condonation of delay have been broadly laid down. 3.

There are no replies filed to the Civil Applications. 3/4

For the reasons stated in the Civil Applications and having regard to the principles laid down in the aforesaid judgment, we are of the view that the delay is required to be condoned.
