It is stated that, the Respondent No.2 expired on 11th August, 2020, leaving behind him the only legal heirs mentioned in the Application. The present Application is filed within a period of limitation. Learned Advocate appearing for the Respondents has no serious objection in allowing the present Application. In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the Application, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks from today.
