DATE : 25th JULY, 2023 P.C:- This application seeks stay of the execution of the judgment and award dated 3rd May, 2013 passed by M.A.C.T., Pune in M.A.C.P. No. 675 of 2008.

Mr.Mehta, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the entire decretal amount has already been deposited in the M.A.C.T., Pune on 16th May, 2014. Learned counsel would submit that earlier the stay was granted on 6th February, 2014 subject to deposit of the entire

Having heard learned counsel and having perused the papers and record, let the stay granted earlier continue till final disposal of the appeal.
