The Petitioner's grievance is that his son was murdered. The investigation was carried out. Learned APP submits that `A' summary report is submitted by the investigating agency. It is submitted by learned advocate for the Petitioner that notice has been received of filing of `A' summary report.

The investigation officer of Nhava-Sheva Police Station, Navi Mumbai, who is present in Court, submits report dated 17 February 2016. It is taken on record and marked "A" for identification. 3.
The Petitioner is entitled to participate in `A' summary proceedings before learned Magistrate, in case they are pending. We direct the Magistrate to expeditiously dispose of summary proceedings, if not disposed of till date, on its own merits after
2 of 2 WP.195.2015 hearing the Petitioner. If Petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of Magistrate in summary proceedings, he is at liberty to take out appropriate proceedings. With these directions, the petition stands disposed of.
