Petitioner has preferred this petition through jail, hence, we appoint advocate Ms. Rohini Dandekar who is on the panel of the High Court Legal Services Committee, to represent the petitioner in this petition.

Rule. By consent, rule is made returnable forthwith and petition is taken up for final hearing.

The grievance of the petitioner in the application and in the petition is that his application for parole came to be

The learned A.P.P. has produced the report of the Additional Senior Superintendent of Yerawada Central Prison, Pune, which shows that the petitioner has been acquitted by this Court, hence, the petitioner has been released from the prison. The said report is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
