By an order dated 04.02.2022, interim protection was granted to the Applicant till 25.02.2022 on the condition of the Applicant depositing an amount of Rs.10 lakhs before this court within two weeks.

The learned counsel for the Applicant today on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application. In any event, the order granting interim protection is self operative order, which would come to an end in the event of failure to deposit an amount. In such circumstances, Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn.

It is made clear that there is no protection granted by this Court.
