Heard. The Applicants are seeking intervention in Criminal Appeal No. 304 of 2016. the learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant has no objection if these intervention applications are allowed. In view of the concession given by the Appellant, we allow these applications in terms of prayer clause (a). Appellant shall carry out amendment in the memo of appeal and add the Applicants - intervenors as party Respondents in the appeal. The Appellant thereafter shall serve copy of the appeal on newly added Respondents. Place the appeal for admission on 13th June 2017. In the meanwhile, State as well as added Respondents shall file their reply, if any.
