Vide order dated 27 th June, 2017, applicant was directed to report Kandivali Police Station once a week on every Friday between 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. till further orders.

As it appears, the applicant has attended the Police Station as directed and now seeks relaxation of this condition.

Learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer who is present in Court, submits that, condition may be relaxed but applicant shall report and mark his presence to the concerned Police Station, as and when called. The application is therefore allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and disposed off.
