After the appeal was heard for admission for some time, Mr.Walawalkar states that the main grievance is that respondent is not considering appellant's application adjudicating appellant's claim. Mr.Patwardhan states that the State Government has recently granted extension to respondent and the extension is upto 26th February 2023. Mr.Patwardhan states that all efforts will be made to dispose appellant's application and appellant's claim will be adjudicated within the extended period. Statement accepted. In view of the statement made by Mr. Patwardhan, Mr. Walawalkar seeks leave of the court to withdraw the appeal.
