C. :- 1) Learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant submitted that, the chemotherapy cycles which were to be administered upon the Applicant are completed and the Applicant has now been directed by Shri. Siddhivinayak Ganapati Cancer Hospital, Miraj, District Sangli to have follow up treatment for his ailment of Cancer mentioned in the case papers.

2) The Applicant was granted temporary bail by an Order dated 18th January 2023, as he was suffering from Cancer. He was to undergo treatment in the said Shri. Siddhivinayak Ganapati Cancer Hospital, Miraj. 3) Learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions submitted that, after the Applicant is granted 48 hours time, he will surrender to the 1/2

Siddhivinayak Ganapati Cancer Hospital, Miraj for his follow up treatment. 4) In view thereof, the Applicant is directed to surrender to the Jail Authority on or before 05:00 p.m. of 26th April, 2024. 4.1) In the event the Applicant surrenders to the Jail Authority within stipulated period as noted above, the concerned Jail Authority is directed to take the Applicant to the said Shri. Siddhivinayak Ganapati Cancer Hospital, Miraj, Dist. Sangli for his follow up treatment of Carcinoma Left Buccal Mucosa, (Cancer) as per the prescription of the concerned Surgeon/Specialist of the said Hospital. 5) Application is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
