An affidavit in reply is filed by the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare, Pune. It is stated in his affidavit in reply that non salary of 60% has been disbursed to the Petitioner's Primary Ashram School on 4.2.2017 and remaining grant to Higher Secondary and Secondary School will be disbursed within a period of four weeks. 2.

The said statement is accepted. In view of this statement, nothing survives in this petition. Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
