IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION WRIT PETITION NO.206 OF 2019 Mr. Sachin Chandrakant Dangat ... Petitioner Vs.

The Director General of Police (Prisons) and Ors. ... Respondents Ms. Harjeet Kaur for the Petitioner.

Mr. Arfan Sait, APP for the Respondents.

CORAM :

A.S.OKA AND A.S. GADKARI, JJ.

DATE :

29th JANUARY 2019.

P.C. :

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The orders which are impugned in this petition were challenged by the petitioner by filing Criminal Writ Petition No.3704 of 2018. By the detailed judgment and order dated 27th November 2018, the said petition has been dismissed. Perusal of the judgment shows that liberty was not reserved under the said judgment to file a fresh petition for challenging the same orders.

Hence, no case for interference in writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is made out. Writ Petition is rejected.
