After having heard both sides and finding that the child has been allowed to attend classes for 7th standard and would be continued as a bona fide student of the school till the end of this academic session as directed in the earlier order, nothing remains in the proceedings.

Every other grievance of the child or his parent cannot be redressed in writ jurisdiction directly. As and when that grievance arises or raised but not redressed, the Petitioner has remedies available in law.

For these reasons and in academic matters, so also not to influence and impact the mind of a child who is of a tender age, we do not think any contempt proceedings need to be initiated. The Contempt Petition is also disposed of.
