Learned advocate for applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to prefer application for bail before Trial Court. It is submitted that the co-accused had preferred application for bail before Trial Court, which has been allowed and application preferred by applicant is pending before Trial Court and could not be decided since present applicant is pending in this Court. In view of submission, the bail application is allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed of as such. The applicant is at liberty to pursue his application for bail before Trial Court.
