The praecipe of withdrawal filed by the Petitioner, is not pressed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner on instructions. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that now Redressal Grievance Cell has been re-constituted and so the grievance of the Petitioner as raised in this Petition, can be appropriately considered and decided by the Grievance Redressal Cell of the University. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner, therefore, prays for issuance of directions to the Grievance Redressal Cell of the University to consider and adjudicate the grievance of the Petitioner in a time bound manner.

Considering the nature of request made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, we see no difficulty in granting the same. 901-wp-1408-2023.doc S.R.JOSHI

Accordingly, we direct the Grievance Redressal Cell of Shivaji University, Kolhapur to consider and adjudicate upon the grievance of the Petitioner in accordance with law, at the earliest and in any case, within three months from the date of receipt of the writ of this Court.
