In crime No.146/2018 for offfence punishable under sections 307, 324, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 135 of the Bombay Police Act, 1951 registered with Pandharpur Taluka police station, District Solapur, the applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail.

Perusal of the case diary discloses that the deceased suffered two grievous injuries which were caused by a weapon like

2 910) aba109-19.doc sword. The attributes against the applicants are that they used sticks and there are no corresponding injuries noticed in the injury certificate. The sticks are already recovered. There are no antecedents against the applicants. In view thereof, the application needs to be allowed. Hence the order :- i) In the event of arrest in Crime No.146/2018 for offfence punishable under sections 307, 324, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 135 of the Bombay Police Act, 1951 registered with Pandharpur Taluka police station, District Solapur, the applicants be released on bail on their executing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- each with one or sureties each in the like amount;

ii) The applicants shall attend the Investigating officer between 21, 23, 29 and 31 January, 2019 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed;

iii) The applicants shall co-operate with the investigating agency; iv) The applicant shall not influence the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence;

v) The application is disposed of accordingly.
