On 15th February 2016, a common order came to be passed by this Bench on the matters listed on the Regular Board at Serial Nos.1 to 4, being Criminal Writ Petition No.196 of 2016 and group of connected matters. 2.

Now, Registry has brought to the notice that Criminal Writ Petition Nos.208 of 2016, 210 of 2016 and 212 of 2016, although were on Board, at Sr. No.4, of 15th February 2016, inadvertently, remained to be recorded in the title of the order dated 15th February 2016 passed by this Bench.
