This is an application for intervention by the first informant in CR No. I-116 of 2017 registered with Hill Line Police Station, Ulhasnagar, District Thane.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).

The applicant in ABA No.1738 of 2017 is directed to implead the first informant Sumitra P. Vyale as respondent No.2. Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the learned counsel for the first informant within the same stipulated period. 4.
