P.C.:- The Order dated 8th May, 2015 issuing notice to the Applicants by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ulhasnagar, in M.A. No. 86 of 2015 filed by the Respondent No.1 under Section 12 of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, is under challenge.

The Applicants have remedy to file reply to the said Notice and in view of the same, there is no need to interfere with the order of issuance of notice simplicitor.

Application is accordingly disposed off.
