Heard applicant appearing in person, the learned Assistant Govt. Pleader appearing for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.4. Perused the proposed amendment. The Petition is at pre-admission stage. Hence, we propose to allow the amendment. Accordingly the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B). 3.

Considering additional prayer clause (1) which will be added by way of amendment, after the amendments is carried out, place the Petition before the appropriate bench. Needless to add that, it will be open for the State to file additional affidavit dealing with the amended copy of the Petition. It will be also open for the other Respondents to file a reply within a period of one month from today.
