ORDER:- The Petitioner has filed this Petition, being aggrieved by the rejection of his claim for the post of Junior Clerk in a recruitment process undertaken by the District and Sessions Judge, Jalgaon in pursuance to advertisement dated 8 July 2013. The Petitioner's application is rejected on the ground that, it was found that the incorrect/false information has been provided as apparent from the documents submitted by the Petitioner.

ssm 2 11-wp622.15.sxw The only contention has been urged by the Petitioner is that there was a bonafide mistake in filling up the online computer application. He has submitted that by communication dated 31 October 2013, the Petitioner has submitted his letter of apology stating that the mistakes had occurred due to inadvertence. We have perused the online application. The deficiencies as noticed by us, do not appear to be due to any technical error. The information as regards, marital status, the marks, the date of qualifications etc. is vital information, which is required to be submitted by the concerned candidate. Even otherwise, the Petitioner has admitted that the information as stated by the Petitioner is not correct in the letter dated 31 October 2013. For all these reasons, we are of the opinion that no relief can be granted to the Petitioner, in the above facts and circumstances.

Writ Petition is devoid of merits and is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
