After hearing respective parties we find that sale in question is after orders of Charity Commissioner on 15/2/2014. The Charity Commissioner in that order has taken steps to protect the interest of public trust. The said order is questioned before this Court and that challenge is pending. We find that the petitioners are only tenants and do not claim to be persons interested.

We have also taken note of the fact that the police machinery on 7/7/2018 informed the petitioner about the development in the matter. In this situation, with liberty to the petitioner to file private complaint before the Competent Court in accordance with law, we dispose of the present petition.
