CORAM

: SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.

DATE : 17th JANUARY 2024 P.C. :

1. After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. He submits that this withdrawal may not come in the way of the Applicant for seeking regular bail after her arrest. He further submits that in case, regular bail application is filed, it be directed to be decided expeditiously. 2.

Considering this submission, the application is allowed

2 / 2 904-aba-91-2024.odt to be withdrawn unconditionally.

3.

If the Applicant prefers regular bail application after her arrest, it shall be decided independent of this withdrawal on its own merits, without being influenced by this order and as early as possible.

4.

With these observations, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of as such.
