Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent:

1.

Divorce Petition No. 37 of 2016 filed by the Respondent-husband before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Palghar is transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pandharpur, Tal. Pandharpur, Dist. Solapur. The papers and proceedings shall be transferred by the Superintendent of the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Palghar to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pandharpur, on or before 6th September, 2017. 2.

The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pandharpur on 11th September, 2017 and obtain

KPPNair -2necessary directions. 3.

The Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pandharpur, shall decide Divorce Petition No. 37 of 2016 within a period of six months from 11th September, 2017.

The parties shall not seek any adjournments unless absolutely necessary. The Learned Judge too shall not grant any adjournments unless absolutely necessary.

5.

All the contentions of the parties are kept open. The above Miscellaneous Civil Application is accordingly disposed off.
