This is an application seeking restoration of Writ Petition No. 1762/2017 which was dismissed by this Court for want of prosecution. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that in the eventuality, when the matter is restored to its original status he would take instructions from the petitioner in respect of payment of arrears as early as possible.
