Petitioners are present with their Counsel, Respondent No.2 and Shri. Bharat Kumar, Partner of Respondent No.3 firm are present. Advocate of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 Mr. Anil Mishra is not available, however they are identified by Petitioners and their Counsel. Petitioners' Counsel firmly states that as compromise is reached at his office, he knows Respondent Nos. 2 and 3. We accept this statement.

It appears that Petitioners had filed S.C. Suit (St) No. 967 of 2018 in City Civil Court at Dindoshi and therein Consent Terms were arrived at. Accepting those Consent Terms, suit is already disposed of.
