This Application is by wife and minor son of the deceased Amit Kamble, who died in Railway accident. The claim application was filed before the Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai. The application came to be allowed directing Railway to pay compensation of Rs.8,00,000/-. The present application is filed for condonation of delay caused in filing the First Appeal for modification of the order passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal. In the application no specific reasons are assigned for the delay except that the Applicants are poor persons and have no legal knowledge.

However, considering that the Applicants are poor persons, this Court is inclined to allow the application. Delay of 132 days caused in filing the Appeal is hereby condoned. 4.
