In view of settlement amongst the parties, an amount of Rs.1,25,000/- along with interest at the rate of 4% p.a. be paid to the respondents. The interest accrued on the amount of Rs.1,25,000/- from the date of application till the date of deposit be paid to the respondents. Balance amount, if any, be paid to the appellant with interest thereon. The award stands modified accordingly. The appeal stands disposed of in terms of consent terms Exh.'X'. Civil applications, if any, are disposed of. The statutory deposit be transferred to the Tribunal. Appellant is entitled to withdraw it. The Court fee be refunded as per rules.
